A simple jump, SKIP, and a hop into Alignment!

All you need is a jump rope, pair of sneakers, and headphones.
This is something I have been doing for years and works like a magic trick every time. The best part is that it can literally be done anywhere! It’s the easiest exercise to do on the go. Packing a skipping rope is simple, light and packs a powerful punch.
Just 20 minutes of jumping rope is one of the best things you can do for cardio fitness. It helps increase bone density, strengthens muscles, detoxifies the lymphatic system, aids in preventing osteoporosis, increases circulation and blood flow, and builds the immune system.

You can mix it up to fit what feels right for you. It’s not easy to jump for 20 consecutive minutes, I’ll often do 5 mins on and off and build up to the full 20. Maybe it’s a completely different kind of heart pumping exercise or someone else that motivates you in your ears, but its a winning combo for sure.
There is just something about getting your heart rate up while listening to high vibe audio that really transforms me on a cellular level. The feeling after getting your mind and body pumping at once leaves you on a serious high!
