A Walk on the Wire-Less Side

I usually keep my phone on me when I leave my place but I made the most perfect mistake of leaving it behind while going for a walk. I was reminded of how the simple health hack of going phone free and taking a walk, totally unplugged and immersed in my surroundings, can help my body and clear my mind. I have been trying to do at least 100 steps after lunch and dinner to help digest my food. When I go on these short walks phone-less, I become more present to my environment. I really take in the smells, sights and sounds in a totally new way. This practice is easy to do anywhere and definitely supports getting present.
